Refund policy

All SeamTec Industrial equipment comes with a one-year warranty. This includes electrical parts, circuit boards, and cases of chassis factory defects. Any claims regarding the proper function of our machines should be made within 7 days after the instalation / delivery of the equipment. SeamTec shall be under no obligation to honor any claim under this warranty in the event that said sewing equipment has been misused, neglected, damaged or has been tampered with in any way.
